Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Facebook to access Totem Studio services, you can delete your data directly from the product interface by removing conversations and related records. This is the fastest way to delete your data. You can also request deletion by contacting us, and we will verify your request and remove data associated with your account from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal and billing retention requirements.

How to delete your data

1. Open the Totem Voice Panel and delete the conversations you want removed.
2. Deleted conversations are removed from our database immediately. We may keep backup copies for a limited period as a precaution.

How to request deletion by email

1. Email us at hola@thetotem.studio with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the Facebook account email or user ID used to access the service, plus any workspace or account details to help us locate your data.
3. We will confirm your request and notify you once deletion is completed.

Optional: remove Facebook access

You can also remove Totem Studio access from your Facebook settings. This only revokes access and does not delete data on our systems, so please email us if you want your data removed.
